Cellini warrants to the original purchaser that the products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cellini will at its sole discretion repair or replace any defective product at no charge to the customer. Please note that Cellini does not warrant the products against defects resulting from misuse, neglect or alteration or repairs by another party. Further, this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear nor does it cover any general or consequential damage to persons or property other than the product itself. This guarantee does not limit or reduce any statutory protections provided by applicable legislation.
