Returns must be accompanied by the delivery/product note that was included in the original delivery package.

  • We are unable to exchange items via the online store.
  • Items purchased using PayPal may only be returned to the online store for refund.
  • Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of postage for all returns ( with the exception of faulty items).
  • If you believe the item is faulty, please contact Cellini, before returning, on +61 2 8338 7277. If the goods are agreed as faulty an Approved Faulty Return No. will be issued. This number should appear on all correspondence.
  • Only product purchased online will be credited on line.

  1. All tags to be intact and items unused
  2. A valid receipt of purchase included
  3. To be within 21 days of purchase
